Designed for specific wire applications where blue 16-14 gauge nylon butt connectors may be used including connecting power wires to accessories such as stereos and amplifiers and speakers in a car or boat as well as connecting wiring for navigation lights or bilge pumps and other electrical components on a boat. They may also be used in home electrical wiring projects or other low-voltage applications. These butt connectors offer a secure and reliable connection that will stand the test of time. The nylon insulation on these connectors provides protection against moisture and corrosion so the wire terminal connections remain strong and stable over time. These terminal connectors are color-coded blue to indicate their standard wire range making it easy to identify the right connector for your specific needs. These butt connectors are used by simply inserting the ends of two wires you wish to connect into either opening and crimping the internal metal of the butt connector tight onto them.
