The Kicker 48TCWRT122 is built for power performance and perfect fit in tight spaces. This thin profile truck style enclosure houses a 12 inch CompRT subwoofer paired with a 12 inch reFLEX passive radiator creating deep accurate bass in a compact design. With 500W RMS power handling and 1000W peak this subwoofer is ready to deliver impressive low end for any ride. The enclosure is built with 3/4 inch MDF internal bracing and thick black carpeting with an embroidered logo for durability and style. The polypropylene cone and Santoprene surround feature signature red stitching for strength and longevity. Advanced SoloKon integration connects the cone to the vented back brace for cooler operation and less distortion. Forced Air Cooling technology keeps the system running up to 20 percent cooler even under heavy use. With a sensitivity of 98dB and frequency response from 25Hz to 500Hz it ensures clear and commanding output across all low frequencies. The design is slim and efficient with dimensions around 27 inches wide 13.5 inches high and a depth that tapers from 7 inches at the base to 3.5 inches at the top. The system is optimized at a 2 ohm load for easy amplifier pairing. In the box you get the enclosure with the loaded 12 inch CompRT subwoofer and passive radiator plus mounting brackets screws and an owner manual. Customers praise the sound quality space saving fit and ability to deliver strong bass for a variety of music styles from hip hop to rock to country. Some note that it is power hungry but when paired with the right amplifier it produces tight clean bass that lasts. Compact powerful and reliable the Kicker 48TCWRT122 is a premium solution for anyone who wants deep bass without sacrificing space.
