The Kicker 46L7T82 delivers big bass performance in a compact 8 inch package. Designed with the legendary Solo Baric square cone it moves up to twenty percent more air than a round sub giving you deeper harder hitting bass in less space. With a shallow mounting depth of just 2.75 inches this dual 2 ohm voice coil sub fits easily under seats or in tight enclosures making it ideal for trucks cars and custom builds. Power handling is impressive with 350 watts RMS and 700 watts peak ensuring powerful accurate low end response. The SoloKon polypropylene cone is reinforced for strength and paired with a ribbed Santoprene surround for controlled excursion. Heat management is exceptional thanks to the UniPlate pole piece and backplate design along with a bumped top plate and venting to keep the motor cool. Frequency response ranges from 30Hz to 100Hz delivering clean tight bass across your music. Sensitivity is around 84dB for efficient performance. This sub works beautifully in sealed boxes from 0.2 to 0.75 cubic feet or vented enclosures from 0.8 to 1.2 cubic feet allowing you to fine tune your sound.
